My Experience with VLCC Ayurveda Natural Fairness Double Action Chandan & Kesar Face Wash

Packaging- This face wash comes in a see-through plastic tube with a flip-open cap. The tube has some very aesthetic label graphics in muted yellow tone. The packaging is very sturdy and travels friendly. It is small enough to carry in my purse. The packaging looks very similar to the other VLCC ayurvedic face washes. As I have the whole range in my vanity, I need to check the variant name or I would pick the wrong variant!

Colour & Texture- The face cleanser is a gel based product and it has very bright yellow color to it. It produces moderate foam when I massage it in my face with water. The texture of this face wash is not too runny but on the fluid side. It is not very drying on my skin. I don’t get a stretchy feel for using this.

Fragrance- This face wash has a mild saffron and sandal fragrance to it. The fragrance does not stay long and does not give me any uncomfortable feeling.

Experience- This face wash does not have artificial fragrance producing agents or colorants to it. Plus, the preservatives are also organic in nature. For such an affordable facial cleanser, the complete herbal base is something unique. This face wash cleanses my face without making my skin dry. This face wash is moisturizing enough to be used in winter. Since it is not a clarifying face cleanser, it is not made to make your face free from oil. This face wash gives me a subtle glow that you get when your face is clean. I have not noticed any dramatic radiance. This face wash did not promise anything related to acne issues and it does not do anything in this matter. It does not shrink my active pimples but there is no new pimple after using this.

VLCC Ayurveda Natural Fairness Double Action Chandan & Kesar Face Wash is a good quality mild herbal face wash with lots of good ingredients. This non-drying gel cleanser cleanses the skin well and makes the skin look healthy and radiant. So, I might buy it again in winter. I will suggest this to someone who wants an affordable organic skin cleanser.
