This is because of the huge amounts of lead and other chemicals contained in it. Body Shop comes to your rescue even here. The Body Shop smoky black eye definer kohl contains all natural ingredients and extracts from the cotton flower which gives a cooling effect to the eyes. I experimented many kohl’s (all expensive ones) but my irritation in the eye never really stopped. But my search came to an end when I purchased this particular product.

Packaging

It comes in the form of a pencil and has a smudger attached to the other end. Both the ends are covered with a plastic lid to avoid exposure to dirt. The kohl part is about 10cm-11cm in length which will last pretty long.

The search for the perfect smoky eye is over. I used this Kajal once and fell in love with it. I haven’t been able to use it lately due to the fact that I don’t go out in the sun because I hate getting tanned. But this is my go-to product which I always carry when I travel. I started using this product a year ago. I won’t say it doesn’t smudge, but it doesn’t cause a mess. It smudges in a good way (yes you read that right!). It gives a deep smoky eye effect. It stays for really long but it isn’t waterproof or something so be careful. It has a smudger on the other end of the pencil which can be used to smudge or correct the kohl. By using the smudger, this kohl gives a smoky eye effect. Since this product doesn’t contain lead, I use it on my waterline too. It contains cotton flower extract which soothes, nourishes and cools the eye. It doesn’t cause any kind of irritation or burning as well. I found this product on sale, hence I purchased it (even after the sale, it was expensive!!)
