Packaging

It is a tiny stick with a black cap and brown body. It has a twist up retractable mechanism and upon twisting the bottom, the product can be revealed.

Colour and texture

The name of the shade is “brown” and it has a very creamy, easy to blend texture

Experience

After buying loads of Oriflame stuff, I came across a small retractable pencil which was metallic shimmery and decided to try it. I wanted to go for a neutral shade so that I can use it as an eyeshadow as well. So I purchased the shade “brown”. It is a small, cute pencil which will fit in your palm. The shade is good but needs a lot of effort to actually show up on the skin even when used as an eyeshadow. This is neither organic nor smudge-proof or transfer-proof. Also, for the given quantity, the product is way too over-priced. It stays for a maximum of 2 to 3 hours but melts in the heat. Sometimes, because of the size of the product, it is difficult to hold the pencil properly and use as an eye pencil. Also, the retractable part is loose and the pencil is very soft. It needs to be used very carefully else there are chances of breakage of the product. Also, it is not easily available. The product needs to be purchased from oriflamme consultants if you want it for some offer. In all, this product was not what I wanted or expected from this. Hence I would not repurchase this or recommend it to anyone.

Glossypolish verdict: The very me funky pencil is a cute little pencil that does nothing to enhance the beauty of the eyes. The brown color shows up with great difficulty and is very expensive. Not recommended.
