Maybelline Lip Gradation Mauve 1  is being scanned today! Finding an MLBB shade for you is kind of tough because we have plenty of nude shades with a variety of undertones to it. The perfect way to this is to try and keep experimenting new shades of nude. We can never get two similar shade of nudes as they have a slight difference in undertones.

While exploring, I found an amazing mauvey shade similar to my lips but better in the lip gradation range of Maybelline. I had previously purchased Red1 and Pink1 from this range. I love its texture and formula, so I next purchased this Mauve 1 shade. Read more about how I liked this shade.

My Experience with Maybelline Lip Gradation Mauve 1

PACKAGING

The Lip gradation comes in a color-coded packaging with a black cap at the top and a smudger on the bottom.

SHADE

The shade mauve 1 is a beautiful mauve shade which is wearable on a daily basis for college or office.

TEXTURE AND PIGMENTATION

The texture is very smooth and creamy and glides over your lips like butter.

Since the Mauve 1 shade is a nude color, the pigmentation depends on how pigmented your lips are. The color pays off will be less on one swipe on very pigmented lips.

MY EXPERIENCE

The concept of giving a smudger with it is to make ombre lips. Since the Mauve 1 is a nude shade, making ombre lips looks weird on my lips. The better way it looks is on applying it on full lips.

The product is very creamy and buttery, that’s why it bleeds from corners. For this, I apply a lip liner to make it not bleed. Also, because of its creamy texture, it transfers a lot.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the product for its texture and formula, it is long lasting and suits my skin tone. The shade looks beautiful when paired with smokey eyes.

I love how you have presented a comparative swatch.. It helps to get the actual shade quickly since the shades you have mentioned in that picture are all from the same shade range..
Amazing :love :good:
