My Experience with Lotus Herbals Safe Sun Daily Multi-Function Sunblock SPF 70

It comes in a bright orange tube with a flip top cap. The cream can be squeezed out very easily from the tube.
Experience
Indian summers are brutal and we all need protection from the harmful sunlight during that time. I have to travel on my scooty for 25 minutes to reach my college so I need a good sunscreen which will protect my skin from tanning during peak sun hours of the day. LOTUS daily multi-functional sunblock is relatively effective in doing that, It is SPF 70 so it provides complete protection when I’m exposed to sunlight. It is very easily applicable and does not feel sticky or oily. It does wear off very soon though. After about 2 hours of applying to the skin, I start getting tanned. In addition, the cream is tinted so it makes my skin white for a few minutes after applying which I’m not a big fan of.

Cons:
- Wears off very soon.
- At INR 595 it is on the costly side.
Would I recommend it?
I have tried many sunblocks by LOTUS and this is not my favorite. I would recommend it to people who don’t have to stay outside in the sun for a long time. Dark skinned people might want to go for another sunscreen as this cream might make their skin look white.
