Moisturization of any type of skin (oily, dry or combination) is extremely important since this will hydrate the skin and help in tricking the skin to think that there is enough moisture and hence the skin doesn’t need to further produce its own oils (sebum). People with oily skin also need to moisturize. You read that right. Today I will be reviewing the Himalaya baby cream which can be used by elders also. Read on to know further details about the product.

It is white in color and has a creamy texture which blends in and is absorbed easily by the skin
It has a very mild smell of oils that can’t really be described. In all the smell is mild and pleasant. It vanishes soon
I somehow like using baby creams since I feel they contain fewer chemicals, which may or may not be true. I purchased this online and got it on offer as well. I started using this and noticed that the dry skin on my cheeks seemed to have disappeared. They seemed moisturized. I liked it. I also liked the texture of the product. I have oily skin but this product didn’t break me out or make my skin oily. I only use this product in the night like a night cream and wake up in the morning with soft, hydrated skin. Also, this product can be used to remove stubborn gel eyeliners as well. In all, I like this product and will recommend it to people with any kind of skin but would suggest the people with oily skin to go easy on the product and use just 2 to 3 pumps of the product. If your foundation shade is darker than what you wanted, mix 2 drops of this moisturizer to lighten the foundation and apply it.

Would I repurchase or recommend this?
I definitely recommend this product to everyone and will buy this again.
Glossypolish verdict: This product is definitely a hit since it moisturizes the skin and keeps it supple. People with oily skin may find this product a little oily. But remember that even oily skin needs moisturization. It does nothing to banish acne marks but eliminates dryness from the skin. Glossypolish recommends it to people looking for an affordable yet effective moisturizer and gives it a 4.5/5.
