Hello my beautiful friends! It has been such a long time , since I posted one of these articles. The past few weeks , I have really been focusing on myself ; ) How have you guys been?

The message that I wish to share with you today, is very simple, yet very profound. In the past articles, I have repeatedly mentioned what you should do. What needs to be done to change your  life, today ,tomorrow and forever.

This simple post, is to tell you HOW to do that  🙂

Here goes my message for you today :

Interrupt anxiety with gratitude glossypolish.com

Lets face it. Most of us are ungrateful idiots.

Not because we are bad people, but because we are SO busy “suffering” in our minds, that we just don’t realize the blessings we have.

All our lives, we have been conditioned by the surroundings to think in a certain way.Our lives have turned on autopilot. You HAVE to make a conscious effort to have a happier life.

Its simple how:

#1 Whenever you feel unhappy about something.

Take a break, and think of ANY positive thing, that happened to you. It really helps if the positive memory is related to ,the reason of your sadness now.

Think of that positive thing and smile .

Feel happy! Good stuff happened to you !!!  🙂

Be Grateful for the good !!

This will bring an immediate shift in your frame of mind.

#2 Make gratitude a part of your daily habit.

If you are happy and grateful about the good stuff happening/or that happened in your life. All your energies will be invested in happiness. Don’t leave any energy spare, for the negative.Make a practice of being grateful-even for random stuff daily, and smile…just revel!

Be so utterly consumed by gratitude and happiness-that there is no room for sadness!

Its your life, make a choice-you can really do it 😀
