  1. Green Tea and Lemon –
Benefits –
  1. Green tea is well known for it’s weight loss properties. It is also known to boost immunity in your system.
  2. Lemon is known to cut down extra fats from your body.
     Ingredients –
  1. Half a slice of lemon
  2. 1 green tea bag
  3. Half cup of water

You only need to prepare green tea and add some lemon drops to it.

  1. Cucumber, flaxseeds –

Benefits –
  1. Avocado and flaxseeds are perfect hydrating and energy booster smoothie.
  2. Cucumber is extremely good in flushing out the toxins from your body.
Ingredients –
  1. 1 small sized avocado
  2. 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
  3. 10-15 cucumber slices
  4. Pinch of salt

Use a blender to blend it creamy part of an avocado, cucumber slices, and flaxseeds. Add some salt and let it cool down into the fridge and finally, you can consume it.

  1. Cucumber Lime detox water –

  2. This is light on the stomach and will also control your cravings in the long run.

Take a jug full of water. Add some lemon and cucumber slices into it. Let it sit for some 6-8 hours. And then you can continue to sip this drink throughout the day.
