What are the Best Famous Dishes of Rajasthan? India is known as a diverse nation. The country has been home to a wide range of cultures, religions, and people from different walks of life. It has a number of states and each state has its own specialty and variety of things it is famous for. Whenever we visit a place we want to know the specialties of the state and the food which it is famous for. In our country, every region, culture, and religion has its own food preferences. There are signature dishes in every region and state. Today I would love to mention the signature dishes of Rajasthan. The most special part about the local food here is that the state is located in the region where it is surrounded by desert and the water availability is less. So, people need to make food using other options which do not include fresh vegetables and fruits. I have mentioned some of the best and most delicious signature dishes of Rajasthan below.

Gatte ki sabzi is one of the most famous and commonly cooked vegetables in the homes of Rajasthan. The sabzi is made gram flour dumplings. These dumplings are first steamed and then fried. The gravy is of tomato and has a tangy and spicy flavor. The gravy also consists of various spices and buttermilk which adds to the delicious taste of the sabzi. The sabzi can be eaten with roti or rice according to your preference.
