Fire hydrants attacks the gluteus maximus, they sculpt your glutes giving them a fuller and rounder appearance.
Always remember to engage your core and open up your hips completely.
Over time, this will help strengthen the entire lower body.
I find glute bridges really effective in shaping the butt and increasing the size. Squeeze your butt every time you raise your hips and balance your body weight on the feet to get the most out of this exercise.
The name is questionable but the results are not!
This is the best move to give your butt the ultimate lift. Keep in mind to keep the foot flexed at all times and raise your legs as high as you can while performing this.
Single Leg Glute Bridge
This is similar to glute bridges but to take things up a notch you lift one of your legs and raise your hips together. This is a little difficult if you’re on the heavier side but practice makes perfect!
I won’t lie but this is hardcore! You will certainly feel this in your underbutt. If you are a beginner, you may struggle with this exercise but please do not hope, I did too, but 6 months later it’s so much better!
This looks easy to buy damn boy these are killer! In the beginning, you will struggle to keep your balance, you might even end up working out your legs and not butt.
Find the point where it attacks right on your butt and keeps going. Bubblebutt guaranteed!
Bulgarian Split Squat
You might wanna use a chair for this or something which has a high platform for your leg to rest. Always put pressure on the heels of the leg which is working and not the leg resting that way, you will feel it in your butt and not quads.
I bet after doing one set of these you’ll feel it the next day.
These exercises will help you achieve that Brazilian butt lift in no time.
