Before jumping into the review, let me give a quick recap of the brand. Wet n Wild is a drugstore brand that is extremely famous outside India. Luckily, Wet n wild recently launched in India, exclusively on nykaa, where I purchased a few shades of lipstick since I found them extremely affordable and wanted to test their claims. This lipstick is one of them. This is Wet N Wild Satin Finish Lipstick Pink Ice. Read on to know more about the product.

My experience with Wet N Wild Satin Finish Lipstick Pink Ice
The packaging is decent. The cap is transparent and “wet n wild” is written in white. The twist bottom is black in color and at the back of this black container, the name and shade of the color are specified.
It has a smooth, creamy texture which glides easily on the lips. As the name suggests, it indeed melts like satin on lips
How to use
Open the cap and twist the bottom to reveal the lipstick. Start with the inner corner of your mouth and apply it outwards and fill in where required
It smells like crayons, and I don’t like the fragrance
This was one of the lipsticks that I purchased when wet n wild launched in India, exclusively on nykaa. I opened the packaging and saw that this wasn’t a matte lipstick. I thought this is a good chance to try shimmery lipsticks and applied it. This is a bubblegum pink that is best used on really pink lips. This color doesn’t suit people like me who have pigmented lips. Personally, I am not a fan of shimmery and shiny lipsticks, hence this opinion. The packaging kind of looks cheap, but the cap fits properly on the bottom. This makes it travel-friendly. This shade transfers to a certain extent since this is shimmery leaves behind light sparkles. Also, after light meals, it fades down. It doesn’t feather out and the whole time, kept my lips moisturized and hydrated. Since this was shimmery, I tried using this as a highlighter and it worked great. This can also be used as an eyeshadow or blush on as well. It stays for a good 3 to 4 hours. In all, this is a great product for those who like shimmery lipsticks and for the price, definitely a steal.

Would I repurchase or recommend?
Yes, I recommend this to people who love shimmery pinks. This one will suit people who have pink lips and prefer using light shades of lipsticks with tiny bits of shimmer. This can also be used as a highlighter or as an eyeshadow or a blush and looks great as all the three. I won’t repurchase shades like this.
