Who is it for? The Wet N Wild Brandy Wine Coloricon Lip Liner  is a nude shade lip liner, perfect for anyone who would like to go for a sparkly lip for a wedding or a function.

How to use?

Line your lips precisely using the lip liner pencil. Fill in with a lipstick of same or a shade lighter than the liner to get beautifully, fully defined lips.

My experience with Wet N Wild Brandy Wine Coloricon Lip Liner

Packaging - 

The packaging of the lip liner is quite good. The pencil looks sleek and elegant. The length of the pencil is longer than normal pencil products. It is a good thing because you get a little more product but it can be difficult if you have to travel a lot. It generally won’t fit into the normal makeup bags/pouches.

Color and Pigmentation - 

The colour of this shade, Brandy Wine is deep brown nude colour. I like the colour but there are tiny gold shimmer particles in the product. The pigmentation is great for a product at this price.

Texture - 

The texture of this lip liner is soft and creamy. Although it is a little harder than the other shades in the same range. You might have to apply a little more pressure than usual to get a decent, opaque colour.

Staying Power -

The staying power is average. If your apply a liquid lipstick over this liner, then this will last you a long time.

Experience -

I really really like this shade but the only thing that I don’t like is the shimmer particles. This liner would have been a complete 10 on 10 had it not been for the shimmer. Wearing a matte lipstick with this doesn’t really make sense because the liner shines in direct sun light. Although the colour and pigmentation is amazing, it just sits in my makeup drawer because I prefer matte lip liners.

1. The length of the pencil is not practical
2. Limited shades in this range
3. Shimmer particles in the product.
4. Not matte.

Would I repurchase or recommend?

I don’t think I will be able to finish this pencil let alone buy another one of this shade. If you are going for a sparkly look for a wedding or a function, you can definitely give this one a try but I would not recommend it for anyone who is looking for a brown lip liner for everyday use.
