Try These Home Made Body Scrub Recipes: Whether you want to go all organic and natural or just want to save a couple of bucks there are some great homemade scrubs you can try. You can splurge on expensive products loaded with chemicals all you want but they aren’t nearly half as satisfying as your homemade ‘dadi ka ubtan’.
The right scrub will not only exfoliate your skin but also give you a radiant and healthy glow.
There are many different body scrubs you can prepare at home, all of these can be fixed under a few minutes with just stuff you have in your kitchen.
1.Coconut oil, vanilla essence and Sugar recipe
Coconut oil is known for its high moisturizing properties while vanilla essence is fragrant and sugar granules are great for exfoliating. This body scrub will nourish your skin and require all the damage. At the same time it will leave it soft and smooth.
This recipe requires:
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
mix them together well and apply thoroughly. This will not only exfoliate but also make your skin glowing.
2.Honey and oatmeal recipe

- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup epsom salts

- 1 cup Sea Salt

- Milk enough to make a thick paste

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup of brewed green tea
- 1 1/2 bag of green tea (not brewed)

6 Tomato and Sugar recipe

- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cup of sugar
