Ingredients for Power Packed Green Smoothie:
- Kiwi: 1, peeled and chopped
- Pear: 1, peeled and chopped
- Banana: ½
- Water: 1/3 cup (you won’t need milk for this)
- Flax Seeds: 1 tbsp
- Honey: 1 tbsp (optional)
Method of making Power Packed Green Smoothie:
- Just add all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
