Sunsilk Hairfall Solution Shampoo Review

Sunsilk Hairfall Solution Shampoo: Now, who doesn’t face hair fall nowadays? Maybe there are some lucky ones out there but then the rest of us Humanly beings :P mostly suffer from hair fall and the idea of going bald or being a thin-haired person isn’t exactly something you would have on your wishlist. A shampoo somehow plays a very important role in making or making your hair. As for me, I am always on the lookout for more and more hair fall products so that I stumble on a stellar product someday and save mankind :P

Let’s see how the Sunsilk Hairfall Solution Shampoo went for me.

My Experience With Sunsilk Hairfall Solution Shampoo

Packaging- The shampoo comes in a bottle which is rather slim and shapely. The top is a flip top one which is my personal favorite kind. You can always go for the second helpings easily in between the shower.

Texture and Consistency- The texture of the shampoo is rather runny and it looks really pretty being a pearlish colored liquid.

Sunsilk Hairfall Solution Shampoo 4

Fragrance- The fragrance factor is quite mild and is a lovely girly smell. Despite being mild it stays on after the wash for 2 days.

Experience- The shampoo doesn’t produce a lot of lather, it somehow provides just sufficient amount of lather but it’s not the kind that just makes a foam party in your hair. :P set adequate enough to clean. The shampoo can be rinsed out quite easily and I noticed how soft my hair felt after the first wash. I made my mom try this as well because people usually have hair fall problem when they are at this age and she and I have shared similar views on the shampoo.

The shampoo claims to be a hairball shampoo but it doesn’t really target hair fall from the root. I think it acts well on the breakage of hair that some of us face from the length of our hair but it controls hair fall only to a minimal extent which is would say is 20% of the total hair fall amount. The shampoo makes your hair considerably soft so its a lot easier to just comb through your hair and the lesser the tugging and pulling the lesser is the hair fall

Pros –
  1. Controls hair breakage
  2. Affordable
  3. Available in different sizes so travel-friendly
  4. Reduces hair fall up to 2 times
  5. Hair feels smoother
  6. Cleanses well
  7. Easy to wash off
Cons-
  1. Claims of reducing hair fall up to 10 times aren’t exactly true
  2. Doesn’t control hair fall from roots rather focuses on breakage.
Would I repurchase and recommend?

Well, I would recommend this for someone who is looking for a shampoo that makes your hair soft and reduces breakage. As for me, I would rather not go for seconds as I wasn’t exactly wowed!

Rating- 4

A Hairfall Shampoo that doesn’t actually reduce hairfall? Disappointing. So this one is just good for breakage repair.
Will try it out once!
