I am back with a review of Patanjali Kesh Kanti Shikakai Shampoo. I like products by Patanjali a lot, not necessarily all of them suit me but a few of them give me good results.

My experience with Patanjali Kesh Kanti Shikakai Hair Cleanser

Patanjali Kesh Kanti Shikakai shampoo is an herbal product with infused ingredients like shikakai, bhringraj, guggal, sugar cane and walnut. It claims to be helpful in treating dryness of hair and prevent hair fall, which it does.

The cleanser lathers really well and cleanses oil easily, however for heavily oiled hair one might require a few more washes. It gives my hair a smoother texture and feels soft.

The product is packed in a white opaque bottle with Patanjali labeling. It is quite sturdy and the cap is very loose which does not make it very travel-friendly. The liquid is translucent reddish brown shade in color. It is thick in texture and not very runny. It has a very herbal scent which does not last for very long, which is better.

The overall performance of Patanjali Kesh Kanti Shikakai Hair Cleanser

Pros:
  1. Herbal ingredients
  2. Cleanses well
  3. Gives shine and smoothness
  4. Reduces hair fall
  5. Lathers well
  6. Affordable
  7. Available
Cons:
  1. Content of sulfate and silicon
  2. Loose cap
Would I recommend

The product is useful for those who experience dryness and roughness of hair. It is very reasonably priced so I would definitely recommend to everyone. There is only one drawback that it contains sulfate and silicon, which gives a good lather while applying the product and cleanses it well.
