Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti Dandruff Hair Cleanser Review

by Mallika Dharmani

Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti Dandruff Hair Cleanser  :Winters is a really pretty season. I mean let’s admit it we all love those cozy blankets, warm coffee mugs, hot muffins and steaming soups but the skin doesn’t enjoy all of this quite so much. Our long relaxing hot water baths are often killing the scalp and our skin. Scalps become flakier and skin becomes drier so it’s even more important for us to switch to products that offer a lot more hydration and for hair cleansers it’s better to shift to Anti Dandruff products because more than half of us suffer from dry scalp. I picked up one effective shampoo from my favorite Patanjali store for combating Dandruff. Chuck the rest and check this Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti Dandruff Hair Cleanser out :)

My Experience With Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti Dandruff Hair Cleanser

Packaging-

The shampoo comes in a sturdy white bottle with purple designs and flips top cover. The cover shuts tightly and opens easily too but you need to punch the flip top with a good amount of force to hear the ‘click’ sound that ensures that the cover is in place.

Texture and Consistency-

The product comes in a green paste form which has a slight sheen to it if you see it in the sunlight. The shampoo is quite drippy as you can see in the swatch.

Fragrance-

I absolutely love the nice refreshing herbal smell of this shampoo which smells somewhat like rosemary to me if you know what that smells like.

Experience-

The shampoo claims to not only reduce your dandruff but also help you in combating hair fall. The best part about the shampoo is that it’s full of herbal ingredients all of which work against Dandruff and strengthen hair. The shampoo is sort of drippy but a little is needed to produce a good amount of lather. While I lather this shampoo it fills the room with a nice refreshing scent that I absolutely adore. It is one easy shampoo to wash off too and it comes off easily in a jiffy so you don’t spend your time removing it or scrubbing your head.

Let’s talk about the results now. The shampoo keeps the Dandruff off my head for a good couple of days after which it’s time for my next hair wash already. However, if I delay the hair wash from the 3rd day to the 4th then some flakes are evident so I would say it controls Dandruff for a few days span of time which is okay by me as I have to rewash my hair every 3rd day. It has also helped with hair fall however not too much. Other than that my hair looks a lot shinier and it helps control the dry hair that tends to fly around a lot and keeps the frizz in control too.

  6. Affordable and yet effective enough
  7. Little amount used
  8. Lathers well

Cons-
  1. The Dandruff might return after 3 days so it doesn’t completely solve the Dandruff issue.
Would I Repurchase and Recommend?

I would recommend this to people of all ages who have dry scalp and would like to control Dandruff. This will keep the Dandruff at bay for a good 3-4 days which is more than what I think I can ask for at this affordable price.
