Palladio Eyeshadow Quad Blue Suede

My experience with Palladio Eyeshadow Quad Blue Suede

Packaging

It comes in a 4 square-pan container with a clear cap.

Colour and consistency

It has 4 shades. One of them is a white shimmery shade, the other one is a sky blue shade with shimmer, another shade is a dark blue shade and the last one is a greyish black shade with loads of shimmer. The shades are powdery and shimmery

Fragrance

It is fragrance-free.

Experience

So, I have been experimenting with eyeshadows lately and I got this Palladio blue suede eyeshadow and I was very excited because this was the time when Kim Kardashian came up with popping blue eyes. I wanted to try the look too. And I expected this quad to work great seeing the blue eyeshadow. Firstly, the applicator is useless because one needs a brush to properly blend the shades. Next, since the shades are shimmery and powdery, there is pretty much fall out. These shades don’t last long on oily lids and an eyeshadow primer will be required. Even after that, it might stay for a maximum 3 to 4 hours only. I didn’t really love the palette.

What I like about this quads?
  • Variety of shades
  • Easy to carry
What I dislike about this?
  • Expensive for its performance
  • Applicator wand is useless
  • Shimmery shades
  • Doesn’t last long
  • Difficult to use on oily lids ( an eyeshadow primer is an absolute must)
  • Powdery hence fall out is there
  • Not great pigmentation
  • Only 2 of the shades performed well
Would I repurchase or recommend this?

If you are a makeup beginner, don’t buy this because it is very difficult to blend these shades.  I wouldn’t repurchase this or other quads from this range

Glossypolish verdict: The Palladio eyeshadow is not great because it has powdery shades which don’t stay long and don’t give great pigmentation. For the price, it is a miss. A huge thanks to Glossypolish for this amazing product.
