My experience with the PAC Eye Shadow No 89
Packaging
So once again, I’m going to say the same thing that I said for all refill products. The eye shadow comes in a round metallic pan that is placed in a plastic casing with details mentioned on it. So it’s the standard packaging. I’ve said this before…that refill packaging should change a bit…but I totally understand that there’s not much that can be done with that.
Shade
I’m currently obsessing over this shade. It’s such a beautiful shade of green and can be played up or down, depending how you like it. I usually use it on the lids. (like in the picture)
Suitability
The shade no 89 is lovely and will suit all skin tones…from the lightest to the darkest.
Affordability
I’ve said this before.. PAC is a super affordable brand. This eye shadow costs INR 300 …and I must for the quality that it comes with, it s very good.
Texture
I love eye shadows that have butter like texture to it, sadly, this one doesn’t have that. BUT, that doesn’t mean that the texture isn’t good. It’s a very smooth product that feels like nothing is on your skin.
Pigmentation
Pigmentation is just beautiful. Just one swipe of it is enough…but obviously, you can build up on it if you want it to pop.
Staying Power
I’ve never had an issue with the PAC eye shadows. This one too stays in place and doesn’t crease. If you have oily lids, it’s best to use a primer first.
