My experience with Oriflame The ONE Lip Spa Care Lip Balm

Packaging:  

This lip balm comes in a white and baby pink plastic body. It is pretty sleek and does not occupy a lot of space.

Texture/ colour:

The balm has a very light natural pink tint and on the application, it provides a very light color. So one cannot expect a bold color or coverage from it. The texture is like a general lip balm which is waxy and not like petroleum jelly.

Fragrance:

The fragrance is pretty mild and not overpowering.

Performance:

This lip balm claims to be a spa for lips but is pretty much like other ordinary lip balms. It does moisturize the lips with a light pink color but that is short lived if you have really dehydrated chapped lips. The color is almost transparent and you shouldn’t expect it to cover the discoloration/ pigmentation on the lips. The little color it has, may not suit everyone.

It is not the right choice for winters at all as it will not keep the lips moisturized for long. Not a spa for sure! There are better lip balms available that work much better at the lower price range and are from good brands as well.

What did I like?

1. Sleek packaging.
2. Waxy texture and not like petroleum jelly.
3. No parabens.

What did I not like?

1. Not really a spa.
2. Doesn’t keep lips moisturized for long.
3. The color is extremely light and may not suit all skin tones.
4. Results not at par with the price range

Would I recommend/ repurchase it?

Not really, there are much better options in the market with better price range and performance.
