Olay Total Effects 7 in one BB cream with SPF 15 is a moisturizer cum foundation which gives an instantly brighter and an even-toned skin.
The SolaSheerTM tech with UVA/UVB protection with SPF 15 protects the skin from UV exposure.

Price: INR 799 for 50 grams.

My Experience with Olay Total Effects 7 in one BB Cream SPF 15

Packaging: Olay total effects 7 in one BB cream with SPF 15 comes in an off-white pump bottle with a transparent cap on the top.
It has a golden detailing in the middle. The pump as you can see is black in color. So that makes the product a lot more sturdy and stylish.

Directions for Use: Apply on clean face and neck.

Shade texture and pigmentation: It’s in the shade similar to that of a foundation or a BB cream. It has a very creamy texture. And when I say “very”, I mean it. The cream is a lot more creamy and heavy than required. It’s not that pigmented but works well for a day out. It is more of an anti-aging cream with a touch of foundation.

Fragrance: A mild sophisticated fragrance which stays for a long time.

Staying power: The cream stays for good 6-7 hours. But cannot be worn as a foundation. It should be used when opting for a minimal makeup look.

Experience: I purchased this on the recommendation of my sister.
The cream I must say blends smoothly but it takes about 2-3 minutes to get the perfect finish look. Also, the pump packaging enables easy use without having to deal with any kind of a mess. However, it coats heavily on my skin and gives a cakey look. It’s really thick and creamy to be called a BB cream. The anti-aging factor didn’t work for me since I’m not aging currently 😛
Another flaw is that in India it’s available in just one shade whereas in other parts of the world it is available in several other shades as well. Therefore, its a risk and a return deal i.e if it suits your skin tone, it’d work well otherwise not.
I don’t apply a lot of it but it seems as if I’ve applied layer(S) of the cream. It coats heavily on the skin. Also, do not substitute it with a foundation or a BB cream itself since it’s merely a cream and not a Beauty Blemish cream. I’d substitute this with the Colorbar BB cream ‘cuz it’s a lot better and pocket-friendly. It’s just an overrated product with all false claims. It causes a lot of breakouts on my face. Neither it is a full coverage BB cream. Its just feels heavy and cakey but does not provide even half of the coverage.

Overall Performance of Olay Total Effects 7 in one BB Cream SPF 15

Pros:

1. Super-Blendable.
2. Refreshing Fragrance.
3. Keeps skin moisturized.
4. Attractive Packaging.
5. Stays for long.

Cons:

1. Heavyweight
2. Causes breakouts.
3. Available in just one shade, hence would not complement all skin tones.
4. Does not provide full coverage.

Would I Repurchase and Recommend?

Only if it complements your complexion!
