O3+ Plunge Radiance Face Mask Vitamin C

Price:

INR 135/- for one sheet mask (30gm).

How to Use?

Cleanse the skin or enhance skin texture with toner. Take out the sheet and remove the film. Spread over the face adjusting from eyes to the nose. Take off after 10-20 minutes and pat lightly to absorb essence.

My Experience with O3+ Plunge Radiance Face Mask Vitamin C:

Packaging:

This sheet mask comes in a glossy and colorful packaging which represents Caribbean as it has Caribbean Vitamin C. Ingredients and instructions can be found on the back of the packet.

Fragrance:

When the package is opened, a strong fragrance is there which is definitely perfumed and not natural. It could be bothersome to some.

Colour and Texture:

The color of the sheet and the serum is white. The mask seems to be made of cotton tissue which contains the serum. The serum is quite a lot but it doesn’t really drip. The sheet mask has a film on it which needs to be removed before applying.

Experience:

This sheet mask has a film of butter paper on one side which needs to be removed before putting the sheet. To be honest the film is pretty pointless as the tissue mask is completely dipped in serum which penetrates to the other side as well. While removing the film most of the serum gets smeared on the hands and the process is irritatingly time to consume.

The sheet mask, however, fits really well and has cuts to fit the contours of the face. After 20-30 minutes the mask starts to dry out. Remove and pat the skin. The serum is not too heavy and gets absorbed easily. Maybe because I have oily skin, I felt its presence on my face and thus I think it is a good idea to apply it before sleeping. If not, then one may wipe it lightly with a wet cotton/tissue and go on with the day.

It is important to know that it irritates the eyes initially and can make them water. However, after a few seconds, it gets okay. But I have acne prone skin and it was a relief that it did not irritate my skin.

The mask contains vitamin C and thus it definitely gives a light glow to the skin and brightens it up. The effect lasts for a day or two. I feel regular use will work well for the skin.

What did I like?
  1. Brightens up the skin.
  2. Does not cause a problem for acne prone skin.
  3. The serum is light and easily gets absorbed.
  4. No parabens.
What I did not like?
  1. The film on the mask is pointless and the serum gets wasted in the process of removing it.
  2. Fragrance can be a bit much.
  3. Can irritate eyes.
Would I recommend it?

Well, to be honest, there are many other better alternatives so try them unless it works magically well for you.

Rating:

3 out of 5.
