Butter lip balm! It all sounds so delicious and heavenly  🙂

NYX butter lip balm comes in around 8 shades and they have a hint of color as well as moisture in them. They give a matte finish to the lips.

 

I wanted something neutral so I chose the shades Brownie and Lady Finger. No, the lady finger one is not green 😛 Actually it is that Tiramisu Lady Finger 😉 Let’s see how I have liked these lip balms, sorry Butter Lip balms 😉

NYX products are great value for money products. They are must-haves in every girl’s kitty. My experience with these butter balms has been amazing. They are long lasting, don’t harm the lips, and don’t darken the lips when using them in the long run. They are creamy in nature and give a sexy matte look. They come in a variety of shades which is suitable for every skin tone and every lip tone (you read it right, lip tone, because some beauties tend to have pigmented lips).

Packaging

It comes in a cute blister tube which can be slid out and in. The packaging of the butter balm reflects the shade inside it, which makes it easier to pick up right colors at a glance.

Fragrance

It doesn’t really have any fragrance.

Experience

My experience with NYX products has always been spectacular. Their products are value-for-money. I purchased two shades, namely LADYFINGERS and BROWNIE. These are mainly on the nude shade side which can be applied on a daily basis. It stays for a good 5 hours even after eating and drinking. Also, it can be removed using just a tissue or any makeup remover or just coconut oil. I would rate this product a 4/5 and the 1 point miss is due to the fact that it is very difficult to find it in India for the right price.

Cons

• Very hard to find in India for the exact same conversion from dollars to rupees (It should cost around Rs 350 to Rs 400 but online, it costs somewhere around Rs 650!)

Would I repurchase or recommend?

I would definitely repurchase and recommend. They can be used as lipsticks or lip tints which are a go-to look for any and every occasion.
