Malunggay or Moringa Tree is a tropical tree and is commonly known as horseradish tree in the Western world. This is a miracle tree that is known as fast – growing and drought – resistant tree. This tree is mostly found in tropical countries. The scientific name of Malunggay tree is Moringa Oliefera. It is commonly known as Sajina in India. Sometimes you can cook it with potatoes and tomato gravy as a vegetable. The leaves are amazing too for heart patients and the same can be cooked with tomatoes and onion gravy like a thin soup and whats more its tasty too!
