Who is it for? Miss Claire Glimmersticks for Eyes Bliss Blue is for all those beauties that are looking for a creamy eye pencil which has a matte finish and can be used as a kajal and eyeliner.
My Experience with Miss Claire Glimmersticks for Eyes Bliss Blue
This comes in a sleek pencil color-coded packaging, with a silver cap which shuts perfectly, it’s quite secured and travel-friendly. Its nib is quite thick for drawing a precise line, moreover, it breaks after sharpening.
This has no fragrance at all.
Feel and texture
It tugs and clumps while applying, the pigments get settled in quite an uneven manner. Feels bit sticky and heavy on eyes.
Shade and pigmentation
Its kind of air force blue in color, You get very less pigmentation in one stroke, and you need to apply it 3-4 times to get maximum color pay off. This just doesn’t show on wheatish skin tone. But won’t make much difference on the darker tones. Honestly, I would prefer bare eyes than applying this one. Nothing is decent about this eye pencil.
This stays on for approximately an hour, and then slowly tends to fade away which enhances my dark circles.

Will I recommend?
