Hey, Girls! So I am back with the review of another red lip this time by Maybelline. This time I have hit the jackpot! The Maybelline Superstay 24hr Lip Color is a true lip hero! It does not move from its place and keeps up its word of staying on and on till 24hrs.

My Experience with Maybelline Superstay 24 hr lip color Keep it Red
Packaging:
The packaging is very chic. It comes in a white packaging with the shade name at the bottom. It looks like a whiteboard marker from outside. ‘Superstay 24hr Color’ is written on the body of this beauty. It is like the dual sided markers or pens. One side is the lip color which has a doe foot applicator and the other side is the clear lip balm.
Directions to use:
Swipe the lipstick from the middle of your lip to the end of the lip. Remember to cover the edges of the lips. Also, clean the edges or the outline of the lips after applying the lipstick for a neat look. Let it set for a few seconds. After it dries up matte, use the back portion of the product which is the lip balm over your lips. This hydrates your lips very well and makes your lips feel very comfortable and supple.
Shade and Texture:
This shade is the classic red which is a must in every girl’s vanity. It is that perfect red for occasions like weddings and functions where you don’t need to touch up at all in the full day as it completely stays put.
Like any other liquid lipstick, it also dries completely matte and does tend to make the lips dry. But it comes with an amazing remedy to this which is a lip balm. It does not feel greasy on the lips and makes it very comfortable and wearable. This lip color wins hands down for me when I want my lips to look best, bold and beautiful.
This lip color is 100% true to its claim of not budging for the whole day. It makes you feel more confident. It takes quite a while to take off this lipstick using a makeup remover as well.
Staying Power:
The staying power is unbelievable for this lipstick. True to its name it does stay put for 24hr and what’s more, it does not transfer at all!! So, girls, this is my new found love! It needs to be removed using a makeup remover which as well takes quite an effort. The staying power and being nontransferable are its USP.
Overall Performance of Maybelline Superstay 24 hr lip color Keep it Red
This would flatter all the skin tones as it is a classic color. It instantly brightens up the face. It would be best to use kohl Kajal along with this lipstick to complete a simple yet beautiful look.
It will suit all occasions perfectly and adds that extra glam to your parties and make sure that you are the star of the evening.
Complete this amazing look with a nice coat of mascara and false lashes if you are comfortable to add to your feminine charm. It looks really flattering in photographs as well.
Tips:
Use the inbuilt lip balm after applying the lip color to make it more wearable and comfortable on the lips.
Try using any lip liner in a true red color to achieve better results. Although this product is good to go all by itself.
Would I recommend it?
Oh Ya!! I will definitely recommend this shade and it is totally worth the price.
As it is said, you can’t stop with one lipstick, so go on and try the reliable raspberry and continuous coral as well from this range, it they are truly amazing as well.
