What is it and who is it for? The Maybelline Pleasure Me Red Lipstick is a deep ruby red almost sways on the side of maroon. And yet it remains to be as red as possible. It’s not a hit-you-in-the-face kind of red but a subtle, classy red which reminds me of the 70s. The color is very flattering to my skin tone because it has hints of earthy browns and reds mixed in it, giving it a shade deeper than the normal brick red. Therefore the color created is quite unique. It’s a color which would suit all kinds of skin tones which is a plus in my book.

How to use?

This is the only shade I own that does look matte as well as glossy without any trouble. A few other lipsticks that I own have a tendency of looking overly shiny while claiming to be subtle. But this lipstick is spot on. And it doesn’t compromise on its texture to achieve this feat.

The lipstick is easy to apply and doesn’t come off easy. I’m only saying this in the context of eating food or drinking coffee. At the end of the day, with just a dab of coconut oil the lipstick will come off in under a minute.

I found the lipstick highly impressive, worth every penny.

My experience with Maybelline Pleasure Me Red Lipstick

What I love about this lipstick is that you can wear it in the day time as well as at night. And just a dash on your cheeks for some on the go blush. Drew Barrymore tip: dab a smudge of your lipstick on your cheeks to even out your look. I wholeheartedly support this Charlie’s Angel.

This lipstick is the perfect pop of color you need to brighten up your look and it’s also essential to achieve a glamorous Parisian French Girl look. Every girl needs to take fashion tips from Paris and red lipstick is a must.
