L’Oreal True Match Super Blendable Foundation: It’s a liquid foundation with SPF 17. Recommended for all skin types. Oil free and can be used by anyone above the age of 12.

The price can range from anywhere between Rs 250 to Rs 750 depending on the shade and from where you buy it. I got the classic ivory shade from Amazon.com for Rs 575 a few months back. Currently, it’s marked at Rs 485 in Amazon.

How to Use:

The first step is to buy the shade which matches your skin tone and undertone. In India, the undertones are mostly olive or gold –yellowish hence warm undertone would be ideal. The undertones can vary which time and seasons.  After selecting your shade to apply it in dots over the T zone of the face, onto cheeks, nose, chin, and forehead. Using fingers or a makeup sponge, blend foundation out towards hairline and down. For a professional-looking application, use a foundation brush to blend the foundation. To set the foundation and prolong wear, dust translucent powder on top of the foundation.

My Experience with L’Oreal True Match Super Blendable Makeup Foundation

I have been using it for the past year and it really suits my skin. After a bit of trial and error, I settled for neutral and warm undertones and have two shades of this product that I use alternately.  Classic ivory (neutral) during winters and rainy season and nude beige (warm) during summers & spring. So far so good. The texture is light and creamy and doesn’t make my skin feel cakey after a while.

 

It’s smooth and easy to blend. I would mix this with my favorite cream based moisturizer for everyday use. It’s great with covering all the blemishes and gives my skin a nice bright glowy look. The best part is that it’s long wearing and can last for 6 hours straight. The bottle is very small but a small amount of it is enough for the entire face so I use it sparingly. I complete my look with adding a bit of concealer under my eyes, a little bit of blush in my cheeks, nose forehead and above eyelids and finally set this look by dusting loose or translucent powder over my face especially in the T zone. This makes I make up last for a really long time.

3. Gives a thin coverage, not for heavy elaborate makeup.

Overall Would I repurchase and recommend?

This according to me is a must-have product. It’s perfect for daily use. As you can see it has many positive features as compared to the negative ones. I really had to scratch my brain to come up with anything negative about this product. I would definitely buy it again as soon as I m done with my bottles. Trust me you will not regret it.
