Loreal Paris Tropical Coral Lipstick, Tropical coral is such a soothing word to hear, isn’t it? Lipsticks are a huge yes when it comes to a girl’s makeup closet, at least mine. I have been a fan of lipsticks since I was a kid. So, I have these many lipsticks of different shades, some of which I haven’t even used once. Subtle, light and creamy colors go great in the summer as well as other seasons. They also go well with purple, rose-gold, coral, orange-gold and nude eyeshadows. So today, I will be reviewing a Loreal Paris lipstick which is a medium shiny coral lipstick.
Basic information about Loreal Paris Tropical Coral Lipstick 444
Loreal Paris is a French cosmetics company which is the world’s largest cosmetic company and has developed activities in the field of cosmetics, concentrating on hair color, skin care, sun protection, makeup, perfume and hair care. It is not a cruelty-free brand though and it does add lead to the majority of its products. But fortunately, there haven’t been any major accidents by using these products. Most of the products in this brand are worth the hype and live up to it. But some are indeed a miss. Read on to know more about the tropical coral lipstick.

My Experience with Loreal Paris Tropical Coral Lipstick 444
It comes in their usual cuboidal square shaped box with a mirror at one end and the color and its name at the other end. 1 point for the cute and classy packaging.
No, this product is not vegan
It has a lipstick-ish kind of fragrance
So I thought I’d experiment a little bit and me being the lipstick junkie, purchased this gorgeous toned down coral and the color is magnificent. I would personally feel this is a great shade for warm toned skin, i.e for those who look good in golden colored accessories. It is a peachy corally color which is not too loud or screechy. It has a sheer undertone which is great. It is slightly brownish pink, toned down perfect enough to suit any skin tone.
This shade has a classic muted feel that can be used all year round, not just summers or winters or spring. It has a sheen to it, which isn’t too golden or silver which means it is great for those who love mild shimmery shades. I personally don’t like metallic and shimmery shades so this wasn’t such a huge turn on for me.
Hands down for the extremely classy packaging, this is one of the things I love about loreal Paris products. It is supremely moisturizing but does make my lips feel too flaky at times when I forget to apply lip balm before a lipstick. It lasts 3-4 hours but needs reapplication after meals or drinks. I wasn’t extremely impressed with this product since it makes my lips flaky and is not too moisturizing.
Overall performance of Loreal Paris Tropical Coral Lipstick 444
- Great color
- Good color pay off (this color)
- Nice and classy packaging
- Has a mirror at the back which is cool
- Some colors tend to make the lip flaky
- Needs reapplication every 3 to 4 hours if meals and drinks are involved
- Has shimmers, not golden but it does
Would I repurchase or recommend?
No, I wouldn’t really recommend this product or repurchase it since it is not so amazing to pay that much of an amount and purchase this since it is not even cruelty-free or lead-free. I give this product a 3/5 owing to its pros and cons. Happy day!!
