Currently, I am finding myself obsessed with mist type body fragrances. These mists have fresh but light scents and the quantity-quality combination is just perfect. Today I am reviewing Layer’r Wottagirl! Cl’assic Collection Body Splash Evergreen. This scent is slightly out of the league than my comfortable floral-fruity territory because this is not from my vanity. It was actually a mothers’ day gift to my mom (of course from me or who gives such a quirky gift like ‘Wottagirl!’ on mothers’ day!). Here is what I and my mom feel about this Layer’r Wottagirl! My Experience with Layer’r Wottagirl! Evergreen Cl’assic Collection Body Splash
Packaging- This body splash comes in a deep green transparent bottle with the same color cap. Once you open the cap, you will find a metallic spray nozzle. The cap shuts tightly and once the cap is done then there would not be any spilling. The front side of the fragrance bottle the Layer’s logo shows in silver color with some flowery designs. The backside is more formal and holds all the written information. The packaging is very travel-friendly but not very sturdy. The cap of our fragrance bottle has already developed some crack marks on the lid because of the tight closing mechanism.
Colour & Texture- The mist inside the bottle is a clear liquid. The consistency is very thin almost watery. It is volatile but not too much. It takes 1-2 minutes to get evaporated completely.
Fragrance- As I mentioned before, it is not a typical floral fragrance but still it has that feminine elegance to it. The top note is a blend of floral and grassy fragrance. The bottom note has hints of energizing musky and grassy fragrance. The fragrance altogether is a very energizing one. It is not overpowering. My mom has a tendency to develop a headache with strong fragrances but with this one, she does not get nauseated. It is a good everyday fragrance. You can even wear it for date nights or parties. The scent is able to control body odor. It does not mix up with sweat; it keeps its own fragrance intact as long as it stays.
Staying Power- The staying power of the top note is maximum 5 minutes but the bottom, not e stays on for 3+ hours on a humid summer day and then it starts to get faint. This mist keeps the underarms smelling fresh for 5-6 hours.
Overall Performance of Layer’r Wottagirl! Evergreen Cl’assic Collection Body Splash
Both I and my mom find Layer’r Wottagirl! Cl’assic Collection Body Splash Evergreen to be a refreshing but not overpowering fragrance. The combination of grassy, musky and floral scent came out to be a nice one. The girls’ who want to explore some new ranges of fragrance will like it a lot.
