Today I am going to review Water Drop Tint Fuchsia pink lip color by Laneige, a Korean Company. I have many shades of pink in my collection and I can’t really decide which shade I like better. Red does raise the oomph factor but pink isn’t far behind either. Sophisticated yet bold dark shades of pink really slay. Fuchsia pink is basically a moderately dark pink color with glossy finish. It’s super moisturizing and nourishing at the same time. Let’s see how it fares!

How to Use:
As given by Laneige:
STEP 1. Primer
Use a lip primer to even the fine lines on your lips
STEP 2. Tint
Swipe the tint applicator across the center and the inner surface of the lips.
STEP 3. Blend
Smack your lips together.
STEP 4. Blend
Ombre lips completely!
STEP 5. Finish
Apply an additional layer of tint on the lower lip to get the look of having just bitten into a juicy fruit.
In place of primer, you can use your foundation too. Remember to scrub your lips always before applying any kind of lip color.
Precautions as given by Laneige:
- If the following symptoms occur after product use, stop using the product immediately and consult a dermatologist (continuous use can exacerbate the symptoms):
a) Red spots, swelling, itchiness, and other skin irritation
b) If the symptoms above occur after the application area is exposed to direct sunlight
2. Do not use on open wounds, eczema, and other skin irritations.
3. Storing and handling
a) Close the lid after every use.
b) Keep out of reach of infants and children.
c) Do not store at extreme temperatures or in an area exposed to direct sunlight.
My Experience with Laneige Water Drop Tint Fuchsia Pink Lip Color
The best part about this lip color is that it is super moisturizing along with being highly pigmented. The color is very very bright and reflects off light. It’s most suitable for night events, parties basically anytime you feel like wearing it. You can build up the intensity by layering. It also has a really nice fruity taste with a floral fragrance. It’s long lasting i.e. until you don’t eat anything. Looks good on every skin tone. You can see from the pictures how amazing it is! Unlike Red, Pink can be worn for any occasion as long as you can pull it off with fashionable outfits.
Overall Performance of Laneige Water Drop Tint Fuchsia Pink Lip Color
This lip stain is not drying and quite long lasting (have yet to test how long it will last)
It is much pigmented, glides on smoothly and is evenly distributed on your lips. It is a tad bit on the expensive side and not easily available in India, but it can be ordered via amazon.com. The packaging is good the amount is good too. Overall a good purchase!
Would I recommend?
