Who is it for? Lakme Invisible Finish Foundation is for those looking for an affordable daily foundation with SPF.
Rs 240 for 25 ml.
However, the price may vary online on different sites.
Directions to use:
- Shake well before use. Twist cap to open.
- Apply few dots on your face using the spatula. Blend it using a brush.
My Experience with Lakme Invisible Finish Foundation:
The product comes in a glass bottle and a metallic cap with a spatula applicator. Though this spatula makes application easy, it is messy and unhygienic.
The smell of the product is not impressive. Though, it fades away after few minutes of application.
The consistency of the product is perfect. It’s neither too runny nor too thick. The shade 02 has a yellow undertone, perfect for Indian skin.
The best part is- it is lightweight and blends like magic. It doesn’t look cakey at all. It covers minor spots through some dark spots and under eye circles can’t be covered. You will have to use concealer for that.
People with dry skin will have to use a moisturizer beforehand as the product gives very little Moisturization. However, it works well for oily skin people and stays on for more than 4 hours.
Since the product has SPF 8 it is good for day makeup looks. But SPF 8 isn’t enough.
If you use it on your neck, chances are it may stain your collar because it happened with me.
The coverage that it gives, the Moisturization and SPF are better in many BB creams available in the market. Moreover, it doesn’t serve the purpose of hiding dark spots, blemishes, dark circles etc.
Would I recommend?
If you don’t have dark circles, blemishes, dark spots etc and have a perfect flawless skin then this foundation will work for you. However, if you have such flaws then it’s not for you. As far as repurchasing is concerned, I don’t think I am going to do that.
