I was so elated when I knew that I was on the list who won these Lakme lip crayon. A big thank you to the entire team of GlossyPolish. I knew I had to get the brown shade. Lakme has one more range called as the Lip Tint similar to these crayons but these are very affordable. This is the first time I tried a lip crayon and every brand has come out with their version so I was really excited. Let’s see how it fared:

The best way to apply:

Starting from the center of the upper lip, in your cupid’s bow, follow your lip line evenly and fill color evenly all over the upper and lower lips. Pro tip: follow the natural line of the mouth with the crayon, evenly covering the upper and lower lip. To get a softer, smoother look, blot with a tissue.

My experience with the Lakme Enrich Lip Crayon Cinnamon Brown:

Packaging: Lakme took the term quite literally because the packaging is just like a crayon we used during childhood. It comes with a black cap and a color coded sticker which makes it easier for lipstick hoarders.

Texture: The lip crayon has a nice, creamy texture which glides on my lips. It gives that soft matt look which looks stunning on my lips.

Shade: I dig neutral shades as they are apt for college without looking OTT. The shade is a slight brown color with few cool undertones. It is the perfect MLBB shade for me and would suit all complexions.

Performance: The lip crayon sits comfortably on my lips and stays put for three hours and at this price, I simply cannot ask for more. It comes with a free double sharpener which a limited offer is making our lives easier. It is very compact and apt for toning down bright shades. All Lakme lipsticks and this one too have a faint scent of vanilla which I really like.
