How to use?

Mix a small amount with water in the palm of your hand and work into a rich lather. Gently massage onto wet face. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use daily.

My Experience with Lakme Blush & Glow Face Wash Lemon

Packaging

This face wash comes in a bright yellow colored, translucent plastic tube with a flip to open cap. The convenient size of 50 ml tube is travel-friendly. All necessary details are mentioned on the back of the tube.

Texture and consistency

It is in form of a thick gel with soft cleansing beads. One needs to work it up with water well to get a smooth lather.

Fragrance

As it claims to contain lemon, it has a fresh lemony fragrance. It also contains perfume in it. The lemony fragrance lingers around for sometime after washing the face, giving a refreshing feel.

My experience

This face wash is efficient enough in cleansing the skin well, removing all traces of oil and dirt. As it removes excess oil from the face, one may feel a little dryness after usage. However, applying a light moisturizer afterward will balance the moisture. It is perfect for combination or oily skin types, or during the summers when the skin tends to be oilier than usual.

I used it every day for a week in summers and it washed away all the tiredness and left my skin re-energized.  All in all, it works pretty well as per the claims.

What I didn’t like?

1. May dry out the skin little.
2. Dense consistency.
3. Contains chemicals.

Would I repurchase or recommend?

Yes, it worked well for my combination skin, especially during harsh summer. I would definitely recommend giving it a try though I wish it was chemical free.
