Packaging
It comes in a green colored jar with no pump packaging, so it is sort of unhygienic.
Colour and consistency
The mask is a faint green color and has a light cream-like, lotion-like consistency.
Fragrance
It smells like herbs and I love it. It is extremely pleasant
Experience
I wasn’t sure how this product will react on my face because this is the first ever product from kiehl’s that I used. But I am actually happy and satisfied with its results. I applied it after cleansing my face and didn’t wash it off. I used it like a sleeping pack or an overnight mask but didn’t see any difference the next day. I used it again after 2 days and this time consistently for 2 days and to my surprise, all my acne scars had actually faded. I wasn’t using any skin care treatment (natural or artificial) during that time. My skin felt smooth, plump and I could see a glow, for real. I was extremely satisfied and I am in love with the product. Also, sometimes, I just keep the mask for about 20 minutes and wash my face with cool water. I personally didn’t feel any tingling sensation, whatsoever on my skin. In all, this is a great product if you have dull, blemished and oily skin.

- Unhygienic because it doesn’t have a dispenser or a spatula
