Kama Ayurveda Darbari Meditative Body Oil – Should You Buy ?

by Sone

Who is it for? Especially suited for those who are into Ayurvedic massage oils. Kama Ayurveda Darbari Meditative Body Oil Is not your regular daily use moisturizer, more like an Ayurvedic spa at home kind of product.

Kama Ayurveda Darbari Meditative Body Oil

Price:

Rs 525 for 100ml

How to use:

Pre Bath: Gently massage into your skin and leave on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing with a mild body cleanser. Post Bath: Pour appropriate quantity on palms and massage gently all over the body.

Any Sensitivity Alert?

No, unless you are allergic to sage, lavender or spearmint. If you are taking treatment for PCOS, avoid taking products with spearmint or peppermint in it.

My experience with Kama Ayurveda Darbari Meditative Body Oil

Packaging: Sturdy plastic bottle. Travel-friendly. Reusable.

Texture/ Consistency: No thick. Not too greasy. Gets absorbed after 5 minutes of massaging.

Fragrance: Lavender and sage dominate. It is a soothing fragrance. It’s an acquired scent. So try the fragrance out in the stores before buying. Not everyone will like it!

Staying Power: Fragrance stays for 3-4 hours tops.

Moisturization: It is an oil and provides good moisture to the skin. Great for dry skinned beauties who are into aromatherapy. This will calm and soothe you- only if you like the fragrance though J

This is not a daily use product, more like a once or twice a week meditative experience. It’s quite pricey otherwise.

Would I recommend?

I felt it was an average product. Nothing transformative for me. You guys should try the fragrance out in the stores before deciding to buy! Don’t buy this online without that  :)
