My experience with Jovees Silk Foundation

Packaging :

The foundation comes in a brown and beige tube with a golden screw cap. The packaging is quite traveled friendly.

Colour and Texture :

The consistency is neither too thick nor too runny, it is somewhere in between. It feels smooth on the skin. It has a smooth texture and gives a light dewy finish on the skin.

This foundation has yellow undertones. It will suit medium skin tones. It will not work for fairer and darker skin tones.

Fragrance  :

It has a very light fragrance that does not linger at all and vanishes after application.

Experience :

The packaging of this foundation is quite traveled friendly. One attractive thing about this foundation is that it comes with SPF 15. It feels very light on the skin and blends very easily.

It has a sheer coverage that is good for daily use, but it does not cover any dark spots and under eye dark circles. It covers only the slightest blemishes on your skin. I do have acne marks on my face, and this did not cover any of them.

I have a combination skin type, this did not dry my face neither did produce any extra oils.

It stays for good 4-5 hours on your face after which it starts fading out.

The biggest drawback of this foundation is that it comes in only one shade. Having only one shade restricts the use of this product for a lot of us. It looked a little dark on my face as well.

This works more as a BB cream rather than a foundation.

This foundation works more as a BB cream than a foundation. For those who find their shade and want a sheer coverage with a little dewy finish can purchase this foundation.
