I am not so much into using cleansing milk but after acknowledging the benefits of using the cleansing milk I bought my first product from the brand Jovees which was cleansing milk. We should all know that cleansing milk is one such beauty product that people associate with soft skin. Face cleansing milk lotion are generally referred to a type facial cleanser that does not use soap or chemicals to remove your makeup and clean your skin. They are usually prepared with natural and organic ingredients. There are many other benefits of using cleansing milk as well such as hydrating dry skin, exfoliating mature skin, soothing irritated skin and lightening dark skin. But cleansing milk is usually meant for dry skin beauties but today I’m here with the review of a cleansing milk which is suitable for oily skin.

WHAT DOES THE BRAND CLAIM

An Ayurveda formulation developed specially for oily skin using high-quality herbal extracts that have properties to provide effective cleansing, balance oil production, remove excess oil without leaving skin dry. It also helps prevent acne, blemishes from developing, helps improve skin tone.

 

HOW TO USE

Apply all over face, neck. Massage gently for 2-3 minutes with fingertips using circular strokes. Remove with moist cotton or rinse thoroughly with water.

My Experience with Jovees Lemongrass and Lavender Cleansing Lotion for Oily Skin

• Packaging – The Jovees Ayurvedic Cleansing Milk comes in a white colored sturdy plastic bottle with small pump dispenser secured in a transparent cap.
• Texture and Consistency – The cleansing milk present in the bottle is of white color. The texture of the cleansing milk is soft, smooth and creamy. And has a slightly runny consistency.
• Fragrance – The Jovees Ayurveda Cleansing Milk has a sweet herbal fragrance with the scent of lavender.
• Experience – The Jovees Ayurveda Cleansing Milk is lightweight and non-greasy. Only a decent amount of the cleansing milk is required in order to remove the makeup completely. It spreads very easily and gets blended easily on the application. It needs to be massaged over the face for few minutes religiously and then removed off by a damp cotton Pad. It efficiently removes all sorts of dirt and makeup including concealer, foundations, bb creams, etc. But it takes a bit more time to remove waterproof eyeliners. It is safe enough to be used around the eye area and does not cause any major irritation effect as well. Even after removing the make it does not make my skin feel dry or stretchy. It doesn’t leave behind any residue as well. So basically all it is a really good and gentle cleaning lotion for oily skin.
