When we normally breathe, we do spend some amount of energy but that is almost negligible in amount for the excess energy we need to burn. How to do it correctly?
Without much ado, let’s break down the steps of this Long-Breathe diet.
Before you start, get into a standing position and just relax. (Something we all need to do quite often)
Step1: Put one leg forward and the other one back, almost crossing them to squeeze your butt. Make your glutes tight.
Step2: Lift your arms from both sides, above your head, and inhale a long breath for 3 seconds.
Step 3: Throw your hands down aggressively, giving out a forceful exhalation straining all the muscles but just enough air to make it last for 7 seconds.

Each session is a total of 10 seconds. Doing it for 2 minutes, which sums up to 12 times long breathing exercise every day, is sufficient to get visible results and also it fits perfectly with your busy life. You can also combine it with yoga to amplify the effects.
