Is Shaving Your Face as Woman Bad ?

by Mallika Dharmani

Is Shaving Your Face as Woman Bad ? : I know the very thought of it will scare you off. But what if I told you beauty icons like Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, and Huda beauty do it all the time.

Shaving is actually great for your Face.

It exfoliates your skin better than any scrub can that too just mechanically rather than chemically? If you have clogged Pores, shaving is great for unclogging them. It is anti-aging too as shaving your face helps to remove the dead skin cells and help generate the new ones.

Now if I talk about the one thing which stops us from actually shaving our face it is the myth that hair grows much faster and thicker. This is so not true because the young hair which sprouts out is usually hard (or they appear to be hard) because they have just started growing

Once the growth is allowed you will observe that they are the same as the earlier ones. Also, the existing hair appear to be soft because of the number of beauty treatment and bleaching that has already been carried out on the existing hair whereas the new hair has hardly been treated

Hair can never really grow thicker. The hair is always thicker from the roots but when the sprout out they are just slightly blunt but become smooth overtime. Try to get facial razors for your skin rather than the ones which you might be using for your legs – that is the straight blade razors. Try to shave in the direction of the hair growth and if you want a more effective shaven look you can even shave against the direction of the hair growth.

Remember to keep your razors clean at all times. Some people dry shave their face while others believe in applying facial foam beforehand and then shaving off the whole fuzz.
