What is it and who is it for?
It is a liquid which can convert any powder product into liquid. For e.g.: it helps to convert a powder eyeshadow into an eyeliner.

How to Use:
Use the dropper given the product and take a drop of Duraline on the back of your hand or on a palette. Take the powder product and using a brush mix Duraline with the powder. Apply the liquid using the appropriate brush in the desired area.
My Experience with Inglot Duraline:
Inglot Duraline is a magic product. Girls who love to experiment with eyeliner colors this is the product for you. It is not only easy to use but also saves the money in buying n number of colored eyeliners.
The packaging is good. It’s a sleek glass bottle with black cap. The cap has a push button on top. Also, the cap has a dropper attached to it which goes into the bottle. Rotate the cap to open the bottle press the button and one drop of Duraline will come out. The best thing about the dropper is that it gives the right amount of drop which is required, neither less nor more.
The liquid is bit oily.
In a few seconds, it converts any powder product into an easy to use and apply liquid.
This is best used with eyeshadows, pigments and glitters to convert them into liquid eyeliners. You can vary the amount of Duraline to play with the intensity of colors. So, if you put more of Duraline you get less intensity of the color and vice a versa. This product can also be used with your dry gel eyeliners. This product never causes any kind of irritation or allergy to the eye or the eyelid area.
This product is not expensive as they give a good quantity at the price. It dries quickly and makes the product long stay and smudge proof. These liquid eyeliners can also be used instead of your favorite gel eyeliners.
