Basic information about ID Bare Minerals Foundation SPF 15

Many of us would have noticed make-up melting off when we come out in the sun or we start sweating and the make-up becomes cakey (ugh! so irritating, I totally agree) and feels heavy. Also it clogs the pores and causes breakouts. Sometimes we use concealer for all those cute pimples and their marks but in vain. It can be clearly seen that those spots have been covered because some products don’t blend properly on oily skin (no doubt about your make-up blending capabilities beauties). Here comes bare minerals to your rescue. It is a concealer cum mineral foundation which covers any and every spot and gives that flawless, dewy skin. Since it is a powder, it can be puffed on the face easily without any specific brushes too.

It comes in a small tub kind of packaging which has a black cap that has “Bare minerals i.d” written on it. With the help of a blush brush or any buff kind of brush, lightly dip the brush in the stopper and apply on the face.

Color and texture

It is powdery in texture and the shade is “golden beige 13”

Fragrance

It doesn’t have any kind of fragrance

Experience

I have oily skin which makes me more prone to breakouts especially when I apply a foundation that blocks my pores and doesn’t allow my skin to breathe. I came across this product and I have known that mineral foundations are apt for oily skin, hence decided to give it a try. Yes it was expensive, but since it would last me long, I decided to buy this product. I purchased the shade “” which suits me so well and gives a natural finish. This is extremely light in weight and doesn’t settle down into fine lines or doesn’t dry/patch the skin. It completes covers the face and gives a flawless finish. It covers up all acne marks with just one buff and stays for really, really long. It is not water proof, but is water-resistant. It is non-comedogenic, which means it doesn’t clog pores and doesn’t cause breakouts and can be easily applied on sensitive skin as well.
