Avoid Heat Producing Tools
If you’re a regular user of hair straighteners and curlers, STOP using it. That amount of heat could ruin your hair forever!
Do not use hair dryers as well. Let your hair dry naturally.
Don’t Brush Wet Hair
Some people have a habit of brushing their hair when it is still wet. If you’re one of them, then it is high time you stop doing that. Wet hair is a week and can easily break. Gently press the water out instead of rubbing your hair with a rough towel.
Don’t Use Dirty Brushes
Don’t use dirty hairbrushes as the dirt in it sticks to your hair causing damage. Overall it is disgusting. Clean your brush once a week and keep changing your brush once in 6 months or a year.
Shampoo Your Hair the Right Way
Add shampoo to ¼ mug of water, mix well and gently wash your hair. Since your hair is usually weak after a wash, you must wash your hair super slow.
Avoid Complicated Hair Styles
Complicated hairstyles result in tangles. Pulling out these tangles without uprooting your hair is really challenging and results in a great amount of hair loss.
Keep the Sun Away
Did you know that direct sunlight on naked hair can result in MAJOR damage of hair? Carry with you an umbrella or a scarf (more comfortable), cover your face and hair when you head in it the sun.
Reduce Body Heat
Even excess heat in your body causes hair to fall. Cool your system with proper food items like cucumber, buttermilk, lime juice, mint juice and, coconut water.
Dress according to the weather, because wearing tight clothes on a hot day results in excess body heat.
Aloe Vera is a great body coolant. Scrape out the Aloe Vera from the leaf, squish it and apply it on your hair for instant body heat reduction.
