How To PREPONE PERIODS by 5 Days Naturally? On many days, you had to cancel or change the plan either because you are menstruating or because your date is near. For girls, it becomes very tough to decide on a perfect date for a day out or a trip. It is not us who decides, but our monthly cycle which is deciding everything. Each one of us wishes that what if we could prepone them, delay them or even skip them. Some ladies even opt for getting medicines for skipping the periods for that respective month which may result in a hormone imbalance. It’s a known fact that menstruation for women’s reproductive health is very important. So, instead of skipping the periods, there are many options available to induce or prepone your periods using natural or home remedies which works up to a certain extent only.

Also, below given remedies can be helpful to all those ladies who experience irregular periods which could be due to many reasons including stress, overeating, etc. However, irregular periods can also be treated by having a balanced diet and doing proper exercises.

  1. Papaya-

Papaya is known for its preponing periods for a very long time. Papaya contains carotene, which stimulates the estrogen hormone and contracts the uterus, which helps in getting periods early.

How to consume?

You can eat raw papaya or in the form of juice in the middle of the cycle for effect.

  1. Parsley-

Apiol and myristicin are the important substances in Parsley, which helps in contracting uterus and hence inducing a monthly cycle. It should be noted that Parsley would not cause menstruation when it is not due but will only help when periods are due.

How to consume?

Parsley can be consumed by making and drinking parsley tea. Parsley tea is made by boiling dry parsley leaves and adding honey in it for taste. Drink it after every few hours for effective results.

*Do not put dry parsley leaves into your vagina as it can cause some serious problems out there. I don’t know why people recommend such remedies!*

  1. Jaggery-

Jaggery or Gur is the most common ingredient found in almost every Kitchen in India and is very useful in inducing the menstrual cycle. It is believed that it produces heat, which causes early periods.

How to consume?

Mix Jaggery with ginger, sesame seed, and carom seed for good results.

Carrots also contain Carotene which is known for inducing your menstrual cycle. Carrots are also known for many health benefits.

How to consume?

You can eat fresh raw carrots or can drink carrot juice 2-3 times a day.

Turmeric is a substance that stimulates or increases the menstrual flow by stimulating blood flow in the uterus and hence expanding the uterus which signals the onset of menstruation.

How to consume?

Drinking hot water and milk with turmeric in it can be very useful for getting periods before the scheduled date.

  1. Dates

Dates generate heat in the body because of which it is advised to eat them in winters only and to those who want their periods early, dates may be the best and natural option.

How to consume?

Eat-in a well-measured quantity, twice or thrice a day to get periods before the due date.

  1. Vitamin C

Vitamin C increases the level of estrogen in the body which induces the shedding of the uterine lining and hence promoting periods.

How to consume?

Eat Vitamin C rich products like Berries, Citrus fruits, tomatoes, etc. or you can even take vitamin C supplements.

Apart from the above options, you can also take medical help and if you have delayed or irregular periods, then meeting your gynecologist is a must.
