Tea tree- vanilla hand soak
Combine 10 cups of hot water (tolerable temperature but not too cold) with 10 drops of tea tree essential oil. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and 1 cup of Epsom salt.
Dip your hands in this DIY hand soak and let your hands stay in this mixture for 10 minutes.
This step will make your hands softer and the nails will also turn soft. Tea tree is antibacterial in nature and will help get rid of the dirt in your cuticles as well as nails.
Caffeine and coconut oil scrub
Take 2 tbsp. of coffee grounds (not Nescafe please!) and mix it with about 4 tbsp. of coconut oil. Add 1 tbsp. of brown sugar and mix well. You have to yourself, an amazing hand scrub!
After having soaked your hands well enough, wipe out the water and scrub your hands with this DIY recipe for about 5 minutes.
Coffee grounds will help to increase blood flow and the brown sugar will help to get rid of all the dead cells. Coconut oil will nourish the cuticles and your hands.
Aloe Vera and honey mask
After exfoliating your hands, rinse them with lukewarm water and allow them to dry. Meanwhile, u can prepare a homemade mask for your hands.
Combine 2 tsp. oh honey with 2 tsp. of Aloe Vera and mix well. When your hands are dry. Apply this mask on your hands and leave for 15 minutes.
Rinse off with cold water.
Honey will help to soften your hands and remove any kind of pigmentation and suntan. Aloe Vera contains anti-aging properties which will make your hands look supple and wrinkle-free.
Almond oil for improving moisture.
After following all these steps your hands will feel surprisingly young. Complete the process by taking a few drops of sweet almond oil and massage your hands with it. This step will add moisture and reduce wrinkles and spots over time.
