How to Make DIY Natural Lip Stain at Home? Hey ladies, hope you all are doing well. So, we all love tinted lips which enhance our beauty and makes us look even more attractive. But, using a lipstick every day to achieve those gorgeous plumped lips would only lead to leave our lips to look dark and dried. As we all are aware of the fact that a wide number of lipsticks have lead in them and have chemicals in them which is not good for our lips. So, I have got a solution to this problem by making my very own DIY natural lip stains. Let’s get started.

How to Make DIY Natural Lip Stain at Home ?
FOOD COLOR + COCONUT OIL

What do you need?

Edible food color
Coconut oil
Lipstick applicator

Process:

The process is very simple in this. You just need to take any food color of your choice and mix it well with coconut oil. Apply the mixture so formed with an applicator and you’re good to go.

BEETROOT JUICE + PETROLEUM JELLY

What do you need?

Beetroot juice
Petroleum jelly (any brand of your choice)
Lipstick applicator

Process:

In this, you just need to take 2 teaspoons of beetroot juice and 1 teaspoon of petroleum gel. Mix them well. Add the beetroot juice to achieve the desired red color. More the juice deeper would be the color. It will turn out to be the prettiest red tint ever.

RED COLORED GREEN TEA+ ROSE WATER+ BEESWAX

What do you need?

Red color producing tea bags
Rosewater (for fragrance)
BEESWAX

Process:

Boil the tea bags that produce strong red color in a cup of water until it achieves a dark red wine color. Strain the mixture if you used tea leaves and in case of tea bags just pour the mixture in a container and let it cool down for few minutes.
Now add a few drops of rose water in the container for a nice fragrance. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of beeswax in the container and mix it well. Apply this mixture onto your lips for a natural red tint.

ROSE PETALS+LEMON+COCONUT OIL OR CASTOR OIL

What do you need?

Rose petals
Lemon (for color)
Coconut oil or castor oil (for moisturization)

Process:

For this, you need to take 10-15 rose petals and grind the rose petals with 2-3 teaspoon of water and ½ teaspoon of lemon juice. Grind the mixture using a grinder or grind it manually using a mortar and pestle. I prefer to do it manually in order to keep the consistency watery enough. Now squeeze the juice out of this ground mixture using a malmal cloth or a strainer. Add this pigment in a double boiler and boil until it gets a little dense. You can add lemon juice if you want a deeper color. Cool down the mixture and once cooled add few drops of coconut oil and mix.

COCOA POWDER+CASTOR OIL

What do you need?

Cocoa powder (1 teaspoon)
Beeswax (1/2 teaspoon)
Vitamin E oil

Process:

In order to get that brown lip stain, you need to mix 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder with ½ teaspoon of beeswax. Mix them well. Now add a few drops of vitamin E oil and mix again. Now apply this mix to achieve a perfect cocoa colored lip stain.

BERRIES/POMEGRANATE/CHERRY+PETROLEUM JELLY

What do you need?

Berries of your choice/ cherry
Petroleum gel of your choice

Process:

Take a handful of your choice of berries or cherry. Grind the berries/cherries in a grinder. Grind until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add a few drops of water in order to have a smoother mixture. Now strain the juice out of the mixture using a malmal cloth or a strainer. Add the juice so obtained to a container. Now add a teaspoon of petroleum gel into the mixture and mix well. Apply this mix as it is.
