This caused mainly caused due to:
  1. Accumulation of dead cells
  2. Exposure to UV rays
  3. Daily dust and pollution
  4. Melanin accumulation

It often forces us to put on covered clothes. But those days are over. Here are the simplest ways to have spotless knees and elbows.

Remedies :

The following ways are strictly for knees, elbows and other darkened body parts but not the face.

ENO + Coconut Oil
  1. Eno ( 1 packet)
  2. 1/2 lemon squeezed
  3. Aloe vera extract ( 1 teaspoon)
  4. Coconut oil ( 1 teaspoon)
  5. Any white toothpaste (a reasonable amount)

Steps

  1. Make a fine white paste
  2. Rub the paste on the darkened areas in a circular motion for 2 minutes
  3. Leave the paste to dry for the next 15 minutes
  4. Rub off the paste using an old toothbrush
  5. Rinse with fresh water
  6. Get instant results
Potato and honey

Steps:

  1. Apply honey to your darkened body parts
  2. Cut a slice of potato and rotate it on the honey applied areas in a circular motion for the next 3  minutes
  3. Wash it off with warm water
  4. Repeat it thrice a week
Tumeric+Honey
  1. Turmeric (1 teaspoon)
  2. Curd (1 teaspoon)
  3. Honey ( 1 teaspoon though optional)

Steps

  1. Apply it on affected areas
  2. Leave it for 15 minutes
  3. Rinse it off with fresh water
  4. Repeat it thrice a week
Baking Soda+ Toothpaste
  1. Any white toothpaste
  2. Baking soda ( 1 spoon)
  3. 1 lemon squeezed

Steps

  1. Rub the paste on the areas
  2. Leave the paste to dry for 15 minutes
  3. Rinse it off with fresh water
Cucumber

Steps

  1. Rub sliced cucumber and honey on the areas in a circular motion for 2 minutes regularly
Vinegar
  1. Vinegar ( 1 teaspoon)
  2. Yogurt ( 1 teaspoon)

Steps

  1. Massage the paste on the areas for 2 minutes
  2.  Leave it for 10 minutes
  3. Rinse it off with fresh water
  4. Repeat it thrice a week
Olive oil

Steps

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon olive oil with 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
  2. Apply it on the areas thrice a week

I love this post di u know what this is the most usefull post ever matlab bohot sari yutibe videos dekhli koyi kuch bolta hai aur dusra koi aur hi kuch bolta hai jiske results actually to milti hi nhi hai…and if hmlogo ke paas accha sa saaf skin nhi hai kuch vi dress pahanle in body parts ko cover kar nh parta hai ?I will definitely try this remedy at home
