Garnier Ultra Blends Henna Blackberry Shampoo Review

Garnier Ultra Blends Henna Blackberry Shampoo  :Dry and limp hair? Tell me about it!The way we style our hair transforms our face to an extreme extent. 70% of the way you look changes to the way you style your hair and if you have hair that aren’t exactly a replica of rapunzel’s mane then my lady you are sooo stuck!I have been trying everything from shampoos to leave in conditioners to manage my frizzy mane but one has to do something about how lifeless they look too. I thought of switching to Garnier Ultra Blends Henna Blackberry Shampoo which is designed to give your hair that shine you crave for. Check out how this went for me!

My Experience With Garnier Ultra Blends Henna Blackberry Shampoo

Packaging-

The shampoo comes in a bottle with a flip top. I lovveee the packaging of this particular shampoo- A deep wine colored bottle with a golden cap, an instant eye-catcher!

The bottle again comes in various sizes and is a flat big bottle which is difficult to carry around.

Texture and Consistency-

The shampoo has a gel consistency which looks almost transparent or has a slight hint of pink to it when seen on the hands.

Fragrance-

The fragrance is really nice and I enjoy the blackberry scent while having a shower. The scent stays on your hair for as long as two days and then it fades.

Experience-

This particular range of shampoos by Garnier was loved by all and there were high praises everywhere so I didn’t think much before buying this variant. I have the worst hair in the world- Dry limp and everything else that you could think of ( i think some of us would relate). A shampoo that promises luster is always welcomed and that’s how I got stuck with this one. The shampoo removes dirt and oil effectively however if you have oiled your hair you might want to go ahead and get a second helping otherwise the lather is ample if you wash your hair once in two days. There is one thing which I would like to point out here, it is rather a strange discovery but I would still like to voice it out. Whenever I used this shampoo I had this weird pain in both my ears and this continued for two hours! Whenever I used it again pretty much the same happened every time. Sometimes I tried switching to some other shampoo and then there wouldn’t be any pain so I know it wasn’t just me it was the shampoo. Anyway, I had to discontinue its use immediately after that which is sad because it did make my hair look shiny and lustrous. Have any of you encountered the same thing?

Garnier Ultra Blends Henna Blackberry Shampoo 3

Pros -
  1. Imparts luster
  2. Cleanses well
  3. Ample lather
  4. Affordable
  5. Actually does what it promises
  6. Travel-friendly
  7. Beautiful packaging
Cons-
  1. That Strange pain that forced me to discontinue its use.
Would I Repurchase and Recommend?

Well, definitely not repurchase because I’m planning to give my own bottle away to someone else but yes I would recommend this if you have dry hair that lack shine because this does one good job at infusing luster in your hair.

Rating- 4 (otherwise I would say 1 star because of the pain)

Nice review.. I have used this shampoo for quite a while but did not face this pain issue..
I have dry and frizzy hair. As this shampoo was not meant for my hair type, it was not that effective on me..
