Estee Lauder Lipstick Crystal Pink: It’s a creamy soft and smooth lipstick which has a bit of shimmer in it. It’s 7.2 ounces in quantity and gives a natural pink glossy finish.  Besides complimenting the natural pink color of your lips, it also moisturizes your lips. Perfect for everyday application especially if you are a student or a working woman. This color doesn’t speak too loud and makes you look classy. Anyone above the age of 12 can use it.

I got it for $8.99 due to some offer on Amazon. Depending on the site from where you buy, the color and offers the price can range from anywhere between $6.50 to $23. Crystal pink is currently marked at $14.60 in Amazon.com.

How to Use:

I apply it directly after scrubbing my lips.

My Experience with Estee Lauder Pure Color Lipstick Crystal Pink

This color is so light that I would never recommend anyone applying it over a lip concealer. It looks like the lightest shade of baby pink. Too light for my taste.Its creamy texture keeps my lips soft and gives me a glossy look. However, in most of the cases, I use a similar shade lip liner pencil to make my lips look pouty and more defined.

I have used this product without any issues for around a year.  It has the most amazing texture ever with a fruity smell and taste. However, this shade, in my opinion, will not look good on skin tones that are not very fair.  For people with darker lips, it looks almost translucent.

Whenever I feel like going out casually without much makeup, I apply this. It works more like a gloss for me and I have to reapply it every 2 hours. Everything about this product is good except for the shade. Frankly, this shade does not go well with the average Indian skin.

Positives

1. It’s very creamy and has a little shimmer
2. Perfect for subtle looks
3. Smells and tastes good
4. Compliments your naturally pink lips
5. Glides smoothly over the lips hence no need for an additional moisturizer

Negatives 

1. It’s too light and does not have enough pigmentation.
2. It will look good on really fair skin.
3. It’s not long lasting and needs to be reapplied every 2 hours or so.
4. It’s expensive.

Overall Would I repurchase and recommend?

I do recommend this for those who like very subtle shades of lipstick. Although I will not be buying this shade again I would definitely like to dry darker shades of this series which will compliment my overall complexion. Without my lip liner, this lipstick looks translucent on me. The price is not justified in my opinion.
