Sensitive Skin Alert?
Not mentioned. Personally, I would not recommend this to anyone with active flare-ups.
How to Use:
Apply a drop on each fingertip of one hand. Touch fingertips of both hands together.Massage serum over face and neck, starting at the center, outward.
Where to Use It in Your Beauty/Makeup Regimen:
Use it on cleansed skin at night. Gently pat on the face and neck area. Follow up with a light moisturizer of your choice. Oily skinned beauties can skip the moisturizer if they want.
My Experience with the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II:
This serum comes in a jar with a dropper/pipette on top. This ensures that the product can be conveniently and hygienically taken as and how much required. Also, it has a dark bottle, which means that the antioxidants and goodie stuff do not get oxidized due to light. It is a sturdy and light weight bottle, perfect for travel purposes too.
The serum itself is beige white in color and is quite sticky and gooey -runny in texture. It glides on smoothly to the skin and spreads easily. But, there is one thing I absolutely hate about it. It is the extremely tacky…sticky feeling it gives at least till 10 minutes after application. That is a shame, because most of the serums you get these days get absorbed super quickly.
Now comes, the big question. Does this serum actually work?
Actually, it does. You wake up to glowing skin! Although it does take close to 3 weeks for the results to properly show, but trust me it is worth the wait 😀
- Very moisturizing
- Gives a radiant glow to the skin
- Smoothed the skin out
- Keeps the skin healthy and hydrated for long
- Comes in a dark bottle with dropper-easy to use and keeps the active ingredients safe
- Very Expensive
- Has a tacky stick finish
- Takes time to absorb
Would I repurchase and recommend?
Definitely a yes! I have a habit of rotating my serums. Mostly because I am bored and I want to try something new 😛 But this is definitely on my permanent roster 😉
If you don’t mind making the investment. I would say go for it!
4.5/5 Excellent Product!
